This 3rd album,"Practice for a Tranzac Disaster", is comprised of selections from the practice session recordings leading up to my first/last live solo show.

It's Spring 2022, and after a couple years tinkering away with the development of the electroduochord, I was eager to take this sonic experiment out into the public with my first solo show at the Tranzac Club on May 16. With one month to prepare, I devised four pieces, each with a different control system to bring out different expressions of the tuned intervals, mixing both autonomous control with playing a couple different controllers.

The weeks of preparation and practice all fell apart the evening of the show. The sound system at the Tranzac wasn't working properly. It was a stressful and disappointing experience.

This album is not representative of that May 16 Tranzac show. These tracks are selected with the hindsight of the entire experience, capturing a sense of gnawing restlessness and uncertainty.
